CONTRACT INFORMATION

Functions include all private or corporate events which schedule food or beverage service.  Reservations are made through the sales office.  Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm.  The telephone number is 616.846.8260.  Appointments are necessary.

All arrangements for menus and other details must be finalized 3 weeks prior to your event.  The number of guest must be confirmed seven days prior to your event.  All food & beverage sales are subject to state sales tax & a 20 % gratuity.  We do have minimum room charges on Fridays & Saturdays.

All perishable food at appetizer parties will be removed after 2 1/2 hours.  The $45.00 charge per bartender will be waived for bars generating more than $450.00 in sales in a three hour period.

When selecting a plated dinner, you must confirm specific amounts of each entrée and
indicate each person's choice one week prior.  A $2.50 surcharge per entrée applies when more than one entrée is selected. An initial $500 deposit is required when you
book your event. This will be credited to your account and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy - Deposits are non-refundable
90 days or more: no cancellation charge
60 - 89 days: 50% of total charges
30 - 59 days: 75% of total charges
29 days or less: 100% of total charges

Unusual labor intensive room set ups may warrent additional charges.
