Welcome to Trillium Banquet and Conference Center ! Our unique and versatile facility offers a variety of rooms which can accommodate groups from 10-600….or more, with the addition of our beautifully landscaped grounds and Garden Gazebo. Situated within minutes of nearby Grand Haven, we boast easy access to beaches, shopping and lodging. Free parking is conveniently available on site in our large, lighted lot.
Our Grand Ballroom is an expansive, multi-functional space measuring 120' x 75'. The neutral, yet stately décor offers a beautiful setting for any event. Large windows overlook landscaped grounds and patios providing a relaxed setting. This room is divisible into two halves (East and West Ballrooms). Each room offers: state-of-the-art audio visual systems, large dance floor/stage area, moveable risers and podiums. Additional equipment available per your request at either no cost or low cost. Make your next wedding, reception, business, club, association meeting, class reunion, prom, Christmas gathering or New Year's Eve celebration memorable by choosing Trillium.
In addition, we offer two cozy Conference Room settings complete with quaint fireplaces and attached patios. Each is equipped with an AV system, kitchenette and portable bar (optional). This is the perfect setting to host small business sessions or intimate social gatherings, rehearsal dinners, luncheons, family birthdays, anniversary celebrations or any other occasion of your choosing.
Nestled on the grounds, and accessible by a paved pathway, is our charming Garden Gazebo. It is a beautiful pristine white and measures 24' in an octagon shape. Fully equipped with lights and electrical power, it is a fairytale setting for weddings, a private garden for elegant affairs or an outdoor haven for family reunions and company picnics.
Our on-site event planning professionals coordinate all of the arrangements to meet your needs and budget. Every event includes set-up (using white linen tablecloths, napkins, skirting, china, glassware and silverware) and breakdown by our professional staff. Trillium is a non-smoking facility.
